I don’t do promotions but I will occasionally suggest blogs when someone asks for something specific like a recovery blog or inspirational blog- but no matter how good the blog is I will never give one out if there are a lot of body image photos because most of my followers are in recovery from an eating disorder. Sorry.

Why do you post so much *fill in the blank*?
Everything I post relates to recovery in some way for me… chances are you’re asking about something random that happens to be one of my personal symbols of recovery (a few of which can be found here). If you’re asking about something not on that list then feel free to ask :)

Yes!
If there is ANY bit of personal information I always respond privately. If you are asking for advice, I will respond privately. Don’t worry… I won’t post anything you don’t want posted.
Why didn’t you answer my ask?
Chances are because it was triggering. I have not been responding to very serious or triggering asks because I need to take care of myself also and I just can’t. I’m sorry. But I do have a list of other blogs. I handpick all of them and they are all amazing people. I don’t put anyone’s blog on that page unless I 100% agree with the way they give advice.
Do you use your queue?
Yes. My queue is on 24/7. I know I have a lot of followers all over the world and I think it’s only fair that everyone gets inspirational things popping up unexpectedly on their dash, not just the ones who are online when I am.

Eating disorders affect people of all shapes and sizes- all weights. You do NOT need to be underweight to have an eating disorder.
I’m not underweight anymore, yet my health is worse now then it ever was when I was. Weight has nothing to do with it. There are serious health effects regardless and you are doing harm to your body regardless of what you look like.
Keep in mind, you may also have a distorted body image and what you see when you look at yourself in not real.
Underweight, healthy-weight, and overweight people can ALL have eating disorders. And they do. Please reach out for support.
